Welcome to Elle Craft House Chocolate,

We offer high quality Belgian chocolate and artisanal candy confections.

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Michelle Waggott. I am the creator of Elle Chocolate. Although, Elle has only recently opened in 2023, I have been working in hospitality for over 25 years. I’ve enjoyed working alongside chocolatiers, managing restaurant cafes’, customer service and even creating fun & interactive kitchen programs for children. With over 11 years’ experience working with chocolate, I can honestly say it has been by far the most challenging but rewarding work I have done. While I may have mastered some delicious treats over the years, I am always ready to challenge myself with new creations and techniques. Elle is a Licensed, home based business nestled in the heart of downtown Chatham Ontario, on one of the oldest and most charming streets, Ellwood Ave. As soon as my business launched last summer, I was met with much support from local businesses and my community which has led me here with you today! I am excited to continue this venture and to start creating fun & delicious confections with you! My vision for Elle, is to take my knowledge with my experience and provide you with beautiful and delightful confections that will meet your expectations.
